So, I’m trying to stay calm about it, but the brakes don’t feel great going downhill. They seem to catch late, and in traffic it makes me uneasy. I’m sure it’s fine… probably… but it definitely doesn’t feel as safe as it should.

The scooter definitely has some speed to it, maybe a little more than I expected, but the brakes don’t feel as strong as I’d like. I keep noticing that tiny delay when I squeeze the brake lever, and it makes me second-guess stopping quickly. The lights are okay, but at night they don’t make me feel super visible, especially around corners or on darker streets. I like the ride overall, but safety-wise I’m not fully comfortable.

To be fair, it was fine for the first few rides, but after that the frame started creaking and the folding latch already feels loose. I’m not doing anything crazy with it either, just riding on normal streets. For the price, I really expected it to feel sturdier and last longer. Disappointing overall...

Ordered it because delivery looked quick. Nope. My scooter just sat there for days with barely any tracking updates. Support just said to wait. Delays happen, sure. But this was way too slow. Not happy.

I bought this thinking it would be fine for daily trips, but it’s not easy to carry at all. It feels heavy and awkward when folding it up, especially on stairs or trying to get onto the train. Even loading it into my car turns into a whole thing. If you never really need to lift it, it might be okay, but for me this was an avoidable headache and a big letdown.

I charged it up before taking it out, either the night before or maybe that morning, I can’t remember now, but either way, the battery didn’t get anywhere close to the range they advertise. It ran down way faster than I thought it would.

I can’t say for sure what happened during shipping, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was packed well enough. The scooter already had some scuffs on it too, which was disappointing. I ran into the same problem my dad used to complain about with his equipment, when something breaks, the part you need is nowhere to be found. Every time I’ve checked, the parts are out of stock, and support basically just tells me to wait. Frustrating when you’re trying to get things back up and running.

I bought this from kukirinscooter.eu the ride comfort is really disappointing. They make it sound like it’s smooth and practical for everyday use, but that has not been my experience at all. Every little bump feels harsh, and the scooter shakes way too much even on normal streets.
After about 10 minutes, my hands and back were already hurting. Maybe it’s fine if you only ride on perfectly smooth roads, but for actual daily use it’s just uncomfortable. I feel like the comfort they promise doesn’t match the reality, and I regret buying it

I tried using the site, but it was confusing, really confusing. I couldn’t figure out where to go or what to click, so I gave up fast.

They did eventually send the info I needed, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it felt slow, unclear, and like I was doing extra work just to sort out a return. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely annoying and not very helpful.

I bought a scooter from kukirinscooter.eu thinking it would probably be fine in normal light rain, or at least on wet roads. I’m not saying I expected it to survive a storm or anything, but after one short ride, the display started acting strange, and by the next day it just wouldn’t turn on at all.
I contacted support, and they basically said water damage isn’t covered. So now I’m left with a expensive scooter sitting in my hallway, which is really frustrating. Maybe I missed something in the details, but it definitely feels like they should make this much clearer before people buy

The scooter works fine and does what it’s supposed to, but it feels overpriced for what you get. Some of the extra features seem kind of unnecessary, and I expected a bit more for the price.

As someone who plans around delivery dates, this was really frustrating. I placed my order and barely got any useful updates after that. The delivery date came and went, and still nothing showed up. I reached out to support, but the replies were slow too. i wouldn’t order from here again if timing matters.
